How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is based on weight/location. There are three rates. The GOLD level is guaranteed to arrive in 2-5 business days and starts at $7.70. The SILVER level arrives in about 10 days and starts at $5.70. The BRONZE level usually arrives in about 2 weeks and starts at $4.50. If you need your purchase to arrive within 1-2 days, you must call us for EXPRESS shipping.

I did not get what I ordered. What do I do?
If there was a mistake on our part (i.e., the items in your package do not match your packing slip), please call us at 888-630-5433. Do not send any items back as we will try to correct your order with no hassle on your part.
Can I return/exchange my non-clothing item?
We do not accept returns or exchanges on non-clothing items.
Can I exchange my t-shirt?
Send your clothing to us along with $4 for the first item and $2 for each additional item. Include a list of what items you would like in exchange. Please call us if you need your items exchanged quickly. Otherwise, items will be mailed out via first class mail within 2 weeks of receiving the exchange.

Can I return my t-shirt?
On clothing, we offer an unconditional money back guarantee (less shipping and handling costs) for 45 days from the date ordered. In order to keep our prices low, there will be a 10% restocking fee on all returned orders. Please send us an email to let us know that you are sending a return. For repeat customers, the restocking fee may be waived at our sole discretion. Note that you may also lose a quantity price break if you return items. For instance, if you ordered 20 shirts and return 2, you will be charged the 10+ price for the remaining 18 shirts, not the 20+ price. Therefore, it may be more advantageous to keep the two items.

Yes, you can see these prices in your account. Other sites charge shopkeepers high prices for their own items. We do not really think that is fair, and so you can get your own items at great discounts.
If I open an account, does that mean you own my art?
No. You always own your art. You give us non-exclusive printing rights to fulfill orders and to possibly advertise your store. However, you are free to use your art in any way you want.
